Symposium
16–22 April 2016 The University of Auckland, New Zealand

Sponsorship

The 2016 International Radiation Symposium welcomed support from corporations, research institutions, and other organisations. Sponsorship provided an opportunity to engage with an international audience of researchers and professionals in atmospheric radiation, remote sensing, and climate science.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsors of IRS 2016 received visibility throughout the symposium, which featured approximately 300 oral presentations and poster sessions across 11 topical streams. Benefits were tailored to the level of support and included acknowledgement in the printed programme, signage at the venue, and recognition during plenary sessions.

The symposium was organised by the International Radiation Commission (IAMAS, IUGG) and held at the Owen G Glenn building, The University of Auckland, from 16 to 22 April 2016.

Why Sponsor IRS 2016?

  • Direct exposure to leading researchers in radiative transfer, remote sensing, and climate modelling.
  • Brand presence at a major international scientific gathering.
  • Opportunities to connect with early-career scientists and established experts alike.
  • Association with a long-standing conference series under the International Radiation Commission.
